Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer tax advice, and work closely with a team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. As a trusted local advisor, you will engage with communities, grow the client base, and ensure a seamless journey from discovery to filing.

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent) with tax preparation background.
• CPA certification preferred or equivalent credentials.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience with professional tax software and client advisories.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with company training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site tax preparation for TurboTax clients, from basic to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end‑to‑end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, guiding clients to maximize refunds.
