Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at new U.S. locations.

You will provide on-site tax return preparation and expert advice, working with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences in your community. You will grow a local client base through outreach and partnerships, offer personalized service, and leverage TurboTax marketing tools. Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Must hold an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours weekly, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete required training and comply with company policies, including uniforms and brand use.
• Interested in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert per Intuit policies.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax return preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and establish partnerships.
• Connect clients with broader Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional service and local engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and resources.
