Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our team at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for personal and business taxes, while collaborating with a broader team to deliver seamless, year‑round service.

You will play a key role in growing the local client base, conducting community outreach, and building relationships that turn one-time transactions into long‑term

Qualifications

• EA/ CPA / Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations including personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory teams for end‑to‑end service.
• Build local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships to attract clients.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience and support clients year‑round.
