Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for clients, both in person and via video.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with a broader team to address personal and business tax scenarios, ensuring a smooth, year-round experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location and meet training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, covering personal and business scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador and grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Assist clients in understanding and using TurboTax software through clear explanations.
