Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location.

You will engage with in-person and virtual clients, manage simple to complex scenarios, and coordinate with a broader team to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and help customers achieve financial goals through the full Intuit ecosystem of bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and Credit

Qualifications

• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required by law.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation, 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax office and engage with the local community.
• Bonus points for bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Bridge client needs with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist clients in achieving financial goals.
