Job summary

Intuit seeks energized TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, building trusted relationships and guiding them through complete financial solutions with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will actively grow the local client base, conduct outreach, and participate in community events while collaborating with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning specialists to deliver

Qualifications

• Active PTIN is required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• On-site at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms; may be used for advertising with your name/picture.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional specialists to tailor complete financial solutions for clients.
