You will provide full-service tax preparation and advisory services to in-person customers, build local client relationships, and contribute to community outreach efforts with marketing support. The role emphasizes on-site presence, tax knowledge, and strong customer service, with opportunities to grow a local client base and participate in marketing initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Active tax licensure (EA/CPA/attorney) with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Aufgaben

• Act as a proactive community ambassador, engaging prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers, including deductions and planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build trust to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with local marketing and TurboTax resources to expand the client base in the community.
