Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to advise customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships with local clients.

The role is on-site, non-exempt, with at least 20 hours weekly, and involves community engagement, marketing support, and opportunities for bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays–Saturdays, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language using available resources.
