Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return prep, advice, calculations, and product support to customers in-person, while growing the local client base.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, offering approachable tax guidance, building relationships, and supporting marketing efforts. The role is non-exempt, onsite, and requires a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week; Sundays–Saturdays.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform; front-facing retail work.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public-facing ambassador.
• Proactively engage prospects, nurture leads and convert to clients.
• Lead local marketing with TurboTax support to grow presence.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
• Assist with tax planning, deductions optimization and reviews.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person.
• Build long-term relationships and referral networks.
• Work onsite at TurboTax location 20+ hours per week.
