Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in-person, while building local relationships and contributing to community outreach. The role emphasizes tax expertise, customer-service excellence, and the ability to grow the local client base with support from TurboTax marketing.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns using professional software.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Deliver an exceptional in-person customer experience and help grow TurboTax’s local client base.
