Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will deliver personal tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building local client relationships.

Role requires onsite presence, with 20+ hours per week, and a focus on growing the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Familiarity with tax law and professional tax software.
• Willing to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the US.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to grow the client base.
