Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice, leveraging software to maximize refunds and minimize liabilities. The role emphasizes local community engagement and growing the client base while delivering exceptional service in a front-facing, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions and plan for deductions and refunds in everyday language.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships.
• Represent TurboTax in the community and participate in local marketing activities.
• Work on-site a minimum of 20 hours per week, including weekends as needed.
