Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving in-person customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support.

You will grow the local client base and build long-term relationships while delivering a superior customer experience. Must reside in the United States and be comfortable working in a front-facing retail environment, 20+ hours/week, with on-site duties and local community engagement.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license required or preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with new prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine client support.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community using marketing resources and tools.
