Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts who will work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide tax advice, and support customers in person while engaging with the local community to grow the client base.

You will be part of a collaborative team, using TurboTax software and resources to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language and to build long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers, handling simple to complex returns.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term trust with clients in a front‑facing retail environment.
