Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and guidance, grow the local client base, and deliver a best-in-class in-person customer experience while adhering to Intuit’s policies and branding.

You will serve as a trusted advisor in a retail environment, develop local recognition, and support the community with financial guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week, Sundays-Saturdays.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base and awareness.
• Deliver exceptional in-person customer service and explain tax options clearly.
• Collaborate with marketing and TurboTax resources to build relationships and loyalty.
