Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, using TurboTax products to tailor solutions to individual needs.

You will grow the local client base, foster long-term relationships, and collaborate with a team of financial professionals to deliver exceptional service, while representing Intuit in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Experience assisting customers with tax planning and return prep in a retail setting.
• Ability to explain tax concepts clearly to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Help grow the local TurboTax client base and foster long-term relationships.
• Support local marketing initiatives and deliver an excellent customer experience.
