Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns (30+ returns per season) with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite work requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting.
