Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while growing the local client base.

You’ll engage the community, deliver clear explanations, and build long-term relationships, using Intuit marketing support and TurboTax tools to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess/state licenses or bonds as required.
• Minimum 3 years' paid tax return filing experience (1040) with software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Engage new prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax and build client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Facilitate tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and via tools.
