Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Retail Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in California. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advisory services, and local community outreach as part of a collaborative team of tax professionals.

Active EA, CPA, or attorney license is required, with PTIN and 3+ years of preparing 1040s. You’ll engage clients in-person, promote TurboTax products, and help grow the customer base while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA or attorney license required.
• PTIN to file taxes required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate tax reviews and uncover deductions to maximize refunds.
• Engage with local community, grow client base, and promote TurboTax products.
• Deliver excellent customer service in-person and via available tools.
