Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Retail Expert to serve clients in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will deliver full tax return preparation, tax advice, and product support while promoting Intuit’s mission to empower prosperity.

You’ll work on-site with a team of financial professionals, growing the local client base through community engagement and proactive outreach. A license (EA/CPA/Attorney) and PTIN are required, with 20+ weekly hours on-site.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN active as required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax filing experience (30+ returns).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite presence at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willingness to build local online presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Be the local TurboTax ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
