Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in California. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, while building long-term client relationships in the local community.

Role requires an active EA/CPA/attorney license with PTIN, plus 3+ years of tax return preparation experience. You’ll engage with clients, support local marketing efforts, and uphold Intuit’s commitment to prosperity.

Formación

• Active professional tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN required.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state license requirements.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax preparation advice and services for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and relationship building.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist with software support on-site.
