Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in California. You will advise customers, prepare simple to complex tax returns, and grow the client base through local engagement.

Applicants should have active EA/CPA/attorney license, PTIN, and at least 3 years of tax experience with professional software. This is a front-facing, part-time onsite role with flexible weekend hours.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers, including complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds and provide tax planning advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build lasting client relationships in the local community.
