Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in the United States seeks a TurboTax - Retail Expert to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building relationships within your community and growing the local client base.

This on-site, non-exempt role requires at least 20 hours weekly and a strong customer service focus. Active EA/CPA/attorney license and PTIN are required, with 3+ years of tax return experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses/certs/bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting.
• Build local client relationships and contribute to community outreach.
