Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, serving in-person and virtual clients.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a broader team of specialists for end-to-end service. You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and leverage TurboTax resources to empower customers toward positive financial outcomes, with opportunities to expand

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location in the United States.
• Willing to undergo training and up-skilling as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit-provided uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystems such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or other advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
