Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service return preparation at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with clients in person and virtually, building relationships and guiding customers through personal and business tax needs. You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end solutions, while growing your local client base and ensuring a best-in-class customer

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours per week min, 8:00–17:00 hours.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
