Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support while building strong client relationships and serving both in-person and virtual customers.

As a key local ambassador, you will grow the client base through community outreach, local events, and referrals, collaborating with a broader team to deliver end-to-end services and year-round

Qualifications

• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Grow TurboTax client base by local outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences onsite and virtually.
