Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing a local client base and fostering long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season using professional software.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver personalized tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Grow the local client base and build long-term relationships in the community.
• Represent TurboTax locally to engage with prospects and clients.
