Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers in person, creating a trusted advisor relationship.

You will lead community engagement, attract new clients, and leverage marketing resources to grow your local TurboTax business while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA or attorney license.
• Active PTIN for filing taxes.
• State licenses/certificates as required.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040 returns with software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation.
• Conduct discovery sessions to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing.
