Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return prep, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers in a friendly, community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred; PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be authorized to work onsite in the United States and reside in the U.S.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation with 1040 filings; experience with 30+ returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related state licenses or bonds may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and advise on tax returns for TurboTax Retail customers.
• Provide in-person tax advice and software support to clients.
• Engage with community members and build local TurboTax client relationships.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a front-facing retail environment.
