Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, leveraging your tax knowledge to optimize deductions and refunds. You will also help grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement and marketing efforts, aiming to build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; importantly, experienced in tax preparation.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, at least 20 hours per week; peak periods may require more.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer planning guidance.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and proactive client engagement.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local communities with marketing support and outreach initiatives.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit tools; assist with tax planning and problem resolution.
