Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to help customers with on-site tax preparation and friendly guidance at retail or flagship locations across the United States. You will perform hands-on tax returns, offer planning advice, and support customers using TurboTax software in a welcoming, community-focused setting.

You are expected to be licensed (EA/CPA/attorney), eligible to file taxes with PTIN, and comfortable in a front-facing retail role while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours weekly.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work front-facing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews for deductions and planning.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build local relationships.
• Represent TurboTax locally and contribute to community marketing.
