Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, providing full service tax return preparation and advice to in-person customers. You will grow the local client base, facilitate outreach, and support marketing efforts while delivering accurate tax solutions in plain language.

The role requires a tax license (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, and strong knowledge of tax law, with a focus on client relationships and community presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, engaging with locals and growing TurboTax presence in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building trust and helping clients reach financial goals.
