Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax preparation and guidance at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, from simple returns to complex tax scenarios, while expanding the local client base and leveraging Intuit resources.

You will be the trusted guide for clients, offering personalized tax planning and cross-selling opportunities within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 federal/state returns using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax advisory expansion.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via digital tools.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
