Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice while collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver a complete financial picture for each client. In this role you’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to offer year‑round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 returns filing per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for client needs.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in meetings.

Skills

Enrolled Agent / CPA / Attorney

Tax prep experience

PTIN holder

1040 returns (30+ per season)

Willing to upskill in bookkeeping

Onsite with 20 hrs/week

Training & compliance readiness
