Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full service preparation for clients at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work onsite, build local client relationships, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end tax solutions. The role emphasizes community engagement, referrals, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience through a deep understanding of clients’ financial needs.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum; hours may scale during peak season.
• Willingness to complete all training and development as required; Intuit may add new requirements at any time.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising materials; use of name/photo for marketing.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; create tax tips and educational content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be the local Growth driver by identifying and pursuing prospects through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem of bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and ongoing engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and clear explanations.
