Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax advice, complete preparation, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You’ll drive local growth, build relationships, and represent TurboTax in the community, with on-site duties and a strong pay-for-performance culture across multiple U.S. regions.

Qualifikationen

• EA or CPA with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location; 20 hours per week minimum.
• Wear Intuit uniforms; use your name/photo for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience helpful.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist via in-person and video tools.
