Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work directly with clients, support a connected team of specialists, and aim to grow the local customer base through community engagement and marketing tools.

The role emphasizes a year-round, end-to-end TurboTax experience for each client. This position requires onsite presence, adherence to uniforms, and participation in training.

Competenze

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of preparing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hrs/week, 8:00–17:00.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a full Intuit experience.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and professional conduct in all meetings.
