Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and in-person/virtual client support at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work closely with a team of tax professionals, expanding services beyond filing to include bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while building local relationships and driving client engagement.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory).
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; hours may scale during peak season.
• Willing to complete required training and development; compliance and up-skilling may be required.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be asked to use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence; create tax tips/content per Intuit policy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be the local community ambassador, growing the client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to transform one-time engagements into recurring business.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, both in-person and via Intuit video tools.
