Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join its TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a US TurboTax location.

This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help clients navigate tax needs and build lasting relationships. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advise on deductions, and connect clients with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Attny with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, 8am–5pm.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
Be a proactive community ambassador by growing a local client base and organizing community events with marketing support.
Connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools.
