Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of specialists and help clients across personal and business tax needs, while building local relationships and contributing to community growth. The role emphasizes onsite presence, comprehensive client meetings, and upselling related services within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney certification required or preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Advise on deductions, amendments, and future tax planning using professional tools.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience in client meetings.
