Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for customers, acting as a trusted advisor within the community.

You’ll grow the local client base, participate in marketing efforts, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to company policies and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full tax return preparation.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds.
• Create a positive client experience and build long-term relationships.
