Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform in-person tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and assist with software support.

You’ll lead community outreach, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships with local customers, supported by TurboTax marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Utilize government websites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions.
