In this role, you will provide full‑service tax return preparation, tax advice, and product support to in‑person customers, and you will apply your tax expertise to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes and ensure compliance.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, represent TurboTax locally, engage prospects, nurture leads.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex returns.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships both in-person and via TurboTax tools.
