Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and offer tax planning guidance.
• Deliver excellent in-person customer service and build local client relationships.
