Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers with tax returns, advice, and software support. As a Proactive Community Ambassador, you will engage with local prospects, grow the client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person service and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, including weekends.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus; front-facing retail experience preferred.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building long-term client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and help clients achieve financial goals using TurboTax tools.
