Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, engaging with customers to deliver tax expertise and personalized service. You will help clients navigate complex returns, provide tax advice, and support software use while building lasting relationships in your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of 1040 returns filed per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licenses/certificates.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week in a front-facing retail setting; uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver discovery sessions to maximize deductions and plan taxes.
• Engage with the community to grow TurboTax client base and loyalty.
• Represent TurboTax as a community ambassador.
