Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide in-person tax expertise, complete returns, offer tax advice, and help customers navigate their finances with friendly, local service. As a trusted community ambassador, you’ll build relationships, support local marketing efforts, and grow the TurboTax client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses or permits may be needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• onsite presence at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local marketing efforts and build a client base in the community.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
