Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, serving customers in person with tax preparation and advisory services. You will grow the local client base, deliver accurate tax solutions, and support community engagement in a collaborative team environment.

You’ll use TurboTax products to assist clients with complex and simple tax scenarios, build long-term relationships, and participate in local marketing initiatives while adhering

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licenses or bonds may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities and maximize refunds.
• Utilize government resources, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
