Job summary

Intuit is seeking skilled TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. As a trusted tax advisor, you will help customers file accurate returns and provide tax guidance in a friendly, in-person setting.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community outreach, and collaborate with a network of professionals to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools and team knowledge.
• Create a strong customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Engage with the community and participate in local marketing efforts to grow the client base.
