Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic individuals to join as year-round TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. The role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers with their tax needs, on-site, in-person.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, deductions optimization, and software support, while building lasting relationships and growing the local client base through marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax prep and advice using TurboTax products.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions.
• Build long-term client relationships and participate in local marketing efforts.
